Papet vaudois

Il Papet Vaudois è probabilmente il piatto tipico del Canton Vaud. Si tratta di un piatto composto da una miscela di porri e patate, cotti fino ad amalgamarsi completamente tra loro (a volte vengono aggiunti panna, vino bianco o aceto) che accompagnano una o più salsicce (tipicamente di cavolfiore, di Vaud o di fegato)
La combinazione tra salsiccia e porri/patate devo dire che è molto sfiziosa in quanto il sapore molto forte e pungente della salsiccia riesce ad essere addolcito ed in qualche modo mitigato dalla combinazione porri/patate.
