Trio van kroketten : un tris di crocchette
Un piatto che ho avuto la possibilità di assaggiare durante il mio viaggio a Lovanio e che mi sento di consigliarvi per poter assaporare velocemente i sapori della cucina belga sono le crocchette. Certo, si può pensare che si tratta di semplici crocchette, ma così non è. Le crocchette sono una pietanza molto diffusa anche in Olanda poichè si tratta di una tradizione specialmente fiamminga. I ripieni cambiano, ma spesso gli ingredienti standard sono: salmone, gamberetti e formaggio di capra.
